At Kiddos Mall, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, safely, and in good condition. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully to understand how your orders are dispatched and delivered.
Processing and Dispatch Time
Order Processing: All confirmed orders are processed and handed over to India Post within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Order Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, your order status will be updated on the website.
How to Get Your Tracking Details 🔍
All orders are shipped through India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel).
Instagram DM for Tracking ID: To get your India Post Tracking ID, simply send us a Direct Message (DM) on Instagram with:
1. Your Full Name
2. Your Phone Number (used during checkout)
3. Your Order ID
Our team will share your official India Post Consignment/Tracking Number directly in your DM so you can track your parcel anytime.
Shipping Carrier & Estimated Delivery Timelines
Carrier: All orders are dispatched strictly through India Post.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days, depending on your geographic location and local post office accessibility.
Carrier Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates. Kiddos Mall shall not be held liable for transit delays caused by local postal delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Address Liability & Failed Deliveries (RTO)
Accuracy of Address: Customers must provide a full address, including landmark and correct 6-digit PIN Code.
Incorrect Address Claims: Kiddos Mall is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incomplete or wrong address details.
Return to Origin (RTO): If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, wrong PIN code, or customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the parcel again.
Damaged Outer Packaging & Delivery Inspection
Customers are strictly advised NOT to accept any parcel from the postman if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unedited, continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened package showing the address label is mandatory to claim any damaged or missing items.
